For any problem with the product you received, please contact us first via email, we will either provide tech. support or issue return authorization/instructions. If product is tested defective, we will send a replacement to you. Buyer is responsible for return expenses. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. We will charge 15% restocking fee for any worked item returned for refund.
